Why e-slides?

Our e-slides combine the comprehensive content of our trusted training materials with engaging interactive elements, all of which can be delivered anywhere there is an internet connection – so learners no longer have to worry about a course not running in their local area. They also allow learners to complete courses in their own time at a location that suits them.

Feedback from learners has shown us that they often struggle to access face-to-face training for higher-level courses. That is why we’ve chosen to launch the Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing as our very first e-slides course.

Here’s what is included with the course:

• e-slides covering all of the key learning objectives (8 modules) of the level 3 qualification
• interactive exercises to help learners absorb the essential learning outcomes

• end of module tests to ensure learning has been retained
• a digital copy of the Intermediate HACCP book

Upon completion of the e-slides course, learners can then go on to take a final examination either at a Highfield approved training centre or directly as part of our remote Highfield Qualify at Home service. If successful they will achieve the Highfield Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing (RQF).
